Back by popular demand! Our favorite fundraiser!

Interested in helping Arroyo Seco raise money for our classrooms and school events?! Consider becoming a sponsor for our 3rd Annual Seco Stampede to be held during the school day on October 20th!  The Stampede promotes health and fitness, is a ton of fun and helps raise much needed funds for our school.  

This year our students will receive a t-shirt for registering. Your companies name can be on over 600+ shirts. Check out our donor letter to see what type of sponsorship works best for your company! The 3rd Annual Seco Stampede Fun Run is scheduled for Friday, October 20th during the school day. All Arroyo Seco students will participate. This year each child that registers online will receive a T-shirt.  Check out this short video to learn more!!!!

Dear Company Name/Contact Person,


On behalf of the Arroyo Seco PTA (ASPTA), we would like to invite your business, name here,  to join us in supporting the 3rd Annual Arroyo Seco Stampede (Walk-A-Thon event). This fun and health-centered event will be held on the field at Arroyo Seco Elementary on Friday, October 20, 2017. All proceeds from this event go towards supporting our students.


These funds help us fill the gap created by state and local budget cuts – providing much needed instructional materials, additional education programs, and classroom enrichment activities that will enhance the quality of the education for every Arroyo Seco student.


We would like your business to help us with our mission by sponsoring our event or by donating your unique goods, services, and/or experiences. No donation is too small! Below are two ways you can contribute:


  1. Bronze Level Event Sponsor$100 An affordable way to advertise your business and support your neighborhood school. As an event sponsor your company logo will be placed on the event flyer. You will also receive recognition on the PTA Website, PTA Newsletter, and PTA Facebook page.
  2. Silver Level Event Sponsor- $250 You will receive all of the benefits of the Bronze Level. In addition, your company logo will be placed on the event t-shirt.
  3. Gold Level Event Sponsor- $500 You will receive all of the benefits of the Silver Level. In addition, Gold Level Sponsors will also have the opportunity to place your company banner on the school fence the week before, during, and after the event. Gold Level Sponsors will also be recognized by the event MC throughout the day of the event.
  4. Title Sponsorship- $1,500 Title Sponsorship provides the opportunity for your company to be a major sponsor of the event. You will receive all of the benefits of the Golf Level, as well as a larger logo size on the event t-shirt and marketing materials.
  5. In-Kind Donations of Products & Services – Donating products and/or services is a great way for businesses to support Arroyo Seco. Your donation will be used as incentives to encourage students in their fundraising efforts.


We are requesting that all donations be submitted by Friday, September 29th. For more information, please refer to the attached donation form.
